Which areas do you cover?
Homes inside Madrid's M-30 ring only — Centro, Chamberí, Salamanca, Retiro, Arganzuela, La Latina and nearby barrios. Check your postcode on the booking page and you'll know right away.
Which pets do you take care of?
Cats and small or medium dogs (up to about 20 kg), so every pet gets my full attention.
How much does it cost?
House sitting & pet care is €45 per day, with a 1-day minimum. Each extra pet adds €15 per day.
How does booking work?
- Step 1: 1-minute screening to ensure I cover your location. Automatically approved or declined.
- Step 2: Schedule a free 30-minute meet-and-greet at your home. Automatic approval.
- Step 3: Receive your own booking page, where you can pick dates and confirm instantly.
Why do we need to meet first?
The meet-and-greet makes sure you, your pet and I are all comfortable before you commit to a full stay. Your booking page unlocks only after I confirm it went well.
When are you available?
I'm at optometry school Monday–Thursday 9:00–12:30 and teach English Monday–Thursday 16:00–19:00. Stays and visits are scheduled around those hours; the calendar shows exactly which days are open.
How do keys and access work?
Once your stay is booked, you fill in a private home manual with your address, key handover, alarm code and care routine. It's saved for next time, so repeat clients only update what's changed.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 7 days before your stay. After that, 50% of the total is kept.
Will I hear how my pet is doing?
Yes — I post a daily update on your booking page each evening during your stay.
